The Policy’s terms and conditions apply in addition to those set forth in the Label Engine Terms of Use and all other policies and terms and conditions accessible through links in the Label Engine Terms of Use to which "You" or "Customer") have agreed by clicking "I AGREE" in accessing the Services through the Label Engine website, the "Website".
This Policy governs the manner in which Label Engine collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from Customers. It is only applicable to our Services and not to any other website, service, or online platform offered by unaffiliated third parties.

The technology utilized blanks out any financial or password fields upon capture. The captured information is used to analyze Customer movements and interaction with the platform.

Cookies are very small files placed on your drive, and You allow us to count the number of visitors to Label Engine and distinguish repeat visitors from new visitors. They also allow us to save Customer preferences and track Customer trends. Label Engine is committed to maintaining your trust and we want You to understand when and with whom we may share information collected about You. Certain Label Engine program participants are under confidentiality agreement, as we in our sole discretion, believe it necessary or appropriate in order to conduct investigations of fraud, intellectual property infringement, piracy, or other unlawful activity while protecting your rights.
We do not sell, trade, or lease Customer Personal Information to others. However, we may share aggregated demographic information not linked to any Personal Information regarding Customers with our business partners, trusted affiliates, and advertisers for the purposes outlined above. We may use a third-party service provider(s) to help us operate our business and the Website, or administer activities on our behalf such as sending out newsletters or surveys. 8. Data Breach

In the event that Label Engine, in its sole discretion, determines that Customer has violated any of the prohibited uses enumerated above, or any other provision of this Privacy Policy, Label Engine may take any or all of the following actions: (i) remove any offending content from the Website and/or Services, (ii) modify or terminate Customer’s access and terms of use of the Website and/or Services, (iii) refer any matter is deems appropriate to law enforcement authorities, and (iv) take any other action allowable under applicable law.

Label Engine, in its sole discretion, may modify and update this Privacy Policy from time to time without advance notice. Any such changes to this Policy will be posted here on our Website.
